2nd January 2013 – Repaired an overheating issue for a customer’s laptop who is based right here in our centre.

2nd January 2013 – Straightened out and repaired a laptop that had been crushed inside a customer’s car boot lid.

2nd January 2013 – Repaired a Blue Screen of Death error for a customer’s PC who lives in Wainscott.

2nd January 2013 – Replaced a motherboard for a customer’s PC who lives in High Halstow.

3rd January 2013 – Rebuild Windows for a customers whose PC suffered a serious operating system corruption.

3rd January 2013 – Replaced a broken laptop screen, provided a full service & health check AND upgraded the memory in a customer laptop for her.

3rd January 2013 – Replaced a broken 15.6” LED laptop screen for a customer who comes from Hoo in Rochester.

4th January 2013 - Replaced a faulty motherboard for a customer who is based in Maidstone.

7th January 2013 – Replaced a broken laptop screen, provided a full service & health check AND supplied a customer with a replacement charger for their laptop.

8th January 2013 – Helped improve the wireless network connectivity for a customer’s business based in Burham, Rochester.

8th January 2013 – Upgraded the memory for a customer’s netbook computer and recovered the data from their old laptop computer.

10th January 2013 – Setup and configured a new router for a customer who had changed broadband providers.

11th January 2013 – Removed a virus infection from a customer laptop and supplied them with a full anti-virus subscription in order to help prevent further infections in the future.

11th January 2013 – Supplied a replacement charger for a customer who is based here in out centre.

12th January 2013 – Replaced a 15.6” LED laptop screen for a customer and also conducted a full service and health check.

16th January 2013 – Conducted a full service & health check for a customer who lives in St Mary’s Island.

17th January 2013 – Repaired a broken iPhone 4S screen for a customer based here at the Innovation Centre Medway.

17th January 2013 – Provided a full service & health check and overall computer analysis for a customer who lives in Chatham, after the fell victim to the Microsoft Impersonator Scam.

18th January 2013 – Connected a remote support session to a customer who had an issue with her Apple Mac Computer.

21st January 2013 – Provided a full service & health check for a customer who lives in Gillingham.

22nd January 2013 – Repaired an issue with an external hard drive brought into us by a customer based here in our centre.

22nd January 2013 – Rebuilt an operating system for a customer whose PC corrupted due to a power cut at their house.

22nd January 2013 – Provided a full service & health check for a customer who lives in Gillingham and also subscribed her with AVG Internet Security for a year to help protect her machine from infections.

23rd January 2013 – Replaced a faulty PC Power Supply Unit for a customer from Lower Stoke who’s PC would not power on at all.

25th January 2013 – Repaired an iPhone 4S LCD screen for a customer based right here in our centre.

28th January 2013 – Performed a full service & health check for a customer who lives in Cliffe Woods.

28th January 2013 – Evaluated and upgraded a customer’s custom build PC to include wireless and SD card reading capability.

29th January 2013 – Repaired an issue with a customer CD/DVD drive.

29th January 2013 – Performed a clean/fresh install of Windows XP for a customer who wanted his machine reset back to factor default settings.

29th January 2013 – Replaced a faulty hard drive in a customer’s laptop and rebuild Windows with all of her data from her old hard drive recovered.

30th January 2013 – Repaired a DC Jack fault on a customer’s laptop who comes from Frindsbury.

31st January 2013 – Sent a laptop with a motherboard issue away to our repair specialist. Upon repair we conducted a full service and health check and supplied the customer with a new charger to replace their current one which also had an issue.

31st January 2013 – Upgraded the memory in a laptop for a customer based here in our centre.
